How we run a contact center comparison
- Discovery. Channels, volumes, hours, agent count, CRM, integrations and what is not working today.
- Shortlist. Two to four platforms that fit, with the reasons for each.
- Demos. We line them up and give you the questions to ask.
- Pricing. Quotes on the same scope, including usage, AI and workforce add ons, plus contract terms.
- Launch. Number transfers, integrations, training and a go live plan, coordinated with the provider.
Questions to ask in every demo
- Show me how a call reaches the right agent, step by step.
- What does a supervisor see live, and which reports come standard?
- Which AI features are live today, and what do they cost?
- How does it connect to our CRM, and who builds the integration?
- What will it cost at our real call and text volume, not just per agent?
- What happens to our numbers and recordings if we leave?
Watch the contract length. Platforms change fast. A shorter term or a technology refresh clause can matter as much as the price per agent.
